HSBC Refurbishments

We are currently involved in a refurbishment programme for HSBC covering a number of head office building’s and branches. One recent project was the refurbishment of the Cloth Hall St Branch, Huddersfield. The contract involved the complete strip out and refit of all areas of the building, detailed as below:
Refurbishment of : Ground floor banking hall
1st Floor interview & counselling offices
2nd and 3rd floor banking offices
4th and 5th floor office space


This was a 10 week programme which was completed on schedule with a contract sum of £1 million.

Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 J4

The refurbishment of 162 rooms and 8 corridors programmed to run for 32 weeks and scheduled in 4 phases detailed below:

Phase 1 = 42 rooms + 2 Corridors
Phase 2 = 40 rooms + 2 Corridors
Phase 3 = 40 rooms + 2 Corridors
Phase 4 = 40 rooms + 2 Corridors

Contract sum of 1.8 million pounds

Holiday Inn Carlisle

Redecoration of designated areas of the hotel, details listed below, and the work was carried out on a night shift programme to minimise the disruption to the hotel and guests.

An 8 week contract, with a contract sum of £ 65,000

Holiday Inn York

Refurbishment programme of 3 corridors, 32 rooms including the provision of two disabled rooms. This is a 3 phase’s contract as listed below:


Phase 1 14 Rooms and a corridor to be completed in 4 weeks.
Phase 2 14 Rooms and a corridor to be completed in 4 weeks.
Phase 3 7 Rooms (which includes the conversion to disabled rooms) and a corridor to be completed in 4 weeks.

Contract Sum of £192,000

Parkside Hotel Milton Keynes

Refurbishment of 49 bedrooms 7 corridors and 2 stairwells, in 6 phases as detailed below:

Phase 1 = 6 bedrooms + Corridor 5 weeks
Phase 2 = 10 bedrooms + Corridor 6 weeks
Phase 3 = 5 bedrooms + Corridor 4 weeks
Phase 4 = 9 bedrooms + Corridor 5 weeks
Phase 5 = 9 bedrooms + Corridor 6 weeks
Phase 6 = 10 bedrooms + Corridor 6 weeks

This is a 32-week contract and a contract sum of £ 470,000
